Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, accessing, or using the zhForum.com community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and all site-wide guidelines. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the forum immediately.
User Obligations
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age or meet the minimum age requirement for digital consent in your jurisdiction.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information, especially your email address for administrative contact.
Community Code of Conduct
Mutual Respect: All users must treat each other with courtesy and respect. Personal attacks, harassment, bullying, stalking, or doxxing (publishing private information) are strictly prohibited.
No Discrimination: Posts containing hate speech, discrimination, or abusive language targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or nationality will result in immediate and permanent suspension.
Content Relevance: Content must be posted in the correct forum category. Cross-posting (posting the same content across multiple sections) is prohibited.
Prohibited Content: You may not upload, post, or link to content that is illegal, sexually explicit, graphically violent, promotes self-harm, or infringes on any third party’s intellectual property rights (copyright).
Commercial Use and Spam
No Unauthorized Commercial Activity: The forum is for discussion and exchange. Unsolicited commercial advertising, multi-level marketing (MLM), link farming, or promotional threads/posts require prior written consent from the Administration.
No Scams: Any post promoting financial scams, phishing attempts, or deceptive practices will result in an immediate, permanent ban and potential reporting to authorities.
Moderation and Termination
Moderator Authority: The zhForum.com Administration and Moderation team have the final authority to interpret and enforce these Terms. They may edit, move, delete, or flag any content deemed inappropriate.
Disciplinary Action: Violations may lead to formal warnings, temporary account suspension, content removal, or permanent account termination, at the sole discretion of the Administration.
Appeal Process: Appeals against disciplinary action must be submitted privately via the designated Feedback & Ideas channel and will not be debated in public threads.
